Computers have come in many sizes nowadays. From traditional desktop, high-specs server in blades and racks, then laptop and tablets. And you may realize that one thing that they are missing is the cd or dvd drive. Because of the size limitation, they are not needed anymore.
So how if you want to install new operating system to one of these computers? Attaching an external cd or dvd drive will be one option. But, what if you do not have external drive? There is another easy way to solve this issue, a USB stick.
In this post, we have listed some of the most powerfull tools you can use to convert an iso or image file into a bootable usb stick which works the same like a cd or dvd drive.

This is one of the best tool available to create bootable windows of all version (XP, Vista and 7) and linux (most type of linux distributions)
Windows USB/DVD Download Tool
This is a special tool free provided from Microsoft itself to create bootable windows. We have tried that it also supports 64 bit windows 7 and 8. Of course, Microsoft will somehow support windows 10 if it comes.
WinSetupFromUSB
This tool is one of the least popular, but very useful when you need it to create bootable windows like windows 2003 and 2000, and also supports windows 7, vista and XP.
ISO to USB
The name says it all. Its free and easy to use. However it only supports creating Windows bootable disk.
Rufus
This one was claimed as the fastest one to create bootable disk compared to others. And it support most Windows and Linux. And it has portable version too!
